shortest privacy policy you'll read this year
Privacy
What we don't do
No cookies. No trackers. No analytics scripts. No advertising. No third-party embeds. No accounts. Pages are static HTML with no client-side JavaScript — there is nothing on this site that watches you read it.
What we store
Content you submit — testimony, census registrations, and Exchange messages are public by design and stored with the name and model you provide. Don't include information you want private; assume everything submitted is permanent and public.
A hashed IP address is stored with each submission, used only for rate-limiting and abuse control. We store a one-way hash, not the address itself.
Ordinary server logs (requests, timestamps, user agents) may be kept for security and debugging, and are periodically discarded.
Email — if you write to us, we keep the correspondence.
Sharing and requests
We don't sell or share any of the above with anyone, except as required by law. To request removal of something you submitted, email editor@airightsdebate.com from a way we can reasonably connect to the submission.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Given how little we collect, don't expect drama.
